Since launching its first product in 2016, it has continuously evolved, securing a distinctive niche within the power solutions landscape. With over 8 unique models tailored for professionals' diverse needs. Their commitment to quality and reliability makes them a trusted name in the field.
Main Objective
While Omnicharge has excelled in developing power products, a void was left in its outreach strategy when influencer collaborations ceased. This led to an untapped prospect between its offerings and content creators - potential ambassadors and conveyors of brand values to professional circles. Recognizing this gap, we sought to bridge it. Our primary goal was to establish an Ambassador Program, evoking the storytelling potential of these creators and enabling them to generate content they take pride in. This strategy aimed to awaken brand engagement and resonate a continuous, profound brand impact.
Project Trajectory
Pilot Phase: June 2021 - Sep 2021
Post-pitch, we initiated a three-month trial, focusing on revitalizing Omnicharge's YouTube presence. We engaged 12 high-impact creators across drones, tech EDC, photography, and travel, each boasting over 50K followers. This approach yielded 18 unique content pieces and converted two creators into brand ambassadors.
Refining Focus and Strategy: Oct 2021 - Jan 2022
Buoyed by positive feedback, we formalized a quarterly contract to extend the collaboration. This phase was about refining our focus: identifying the right categories of creators and optimal platforms for engagement. This strategic approach allowed us to focus on creators that aligned with the brand vision, excluding those who didn't, effectively steering momentum in the desired direction.
Deepening Ties & Driving Impact: Feb 2022 - Present
As mutual trust deepened, Omnicharge granted me full creative latitude to optimize ambassador engagement. This led to several impactful initiatives:
- Built a blog platform spotlighting the narratives of top-tier ambassadors
- Revitalized Omnicharge’s Instagram with high-quality ambassador content
- Crafted compelling incentives like affiliate programs and whitelisting ads, fostering sustained collaboration without overstretching resources.
- Pioneered the repurposing of ambassador content, boosting high-converting ad campaigns.
